General Terms and Conditions
Information on our website and information supplied by us directly or indirectly
We try our best to make sure that all information on our website, including descriptions of our products and listed prices are accurate at all times. However, if we do make a mistake we’ll try to resolve it as soon as possible, and if we spot that an error has affected your order we’ll do our best to let you know.
When browsing our website the colours of products may vary depending on your display settings. Pictures and images on our website are for illustration purposes only. For an accurate description of any product and details of what is included with the product, please read the product description.
We will do our best to check our website for viruses but we do not warrant that the website is free of viruses or other malicious content.
Product availability
All products are subject to availability and so we may not be able to supply your order. In unforeseen circumstances and with or without notice we may have to stop selling products either temporarily or permanently.
We will not be liable for any losses you sustain as a result of updating or modifying our website.
Placing your order
Your order counts as an offer to purchase goods from us. After placing your order, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement email. This contains details of the products you have ordered, the total cost of the order (including delivery) and an order number. It also constitutes the VAT receipt for your product(s).
Order acceptance
Acceptance of your order will take place when we dispatch the product(s) to you. Until we dispatch the product(s), no contract will have been formed between us.
Although we hope to be able to supply all products ordered, we reserve the right, at our discretion and without the need to give reasons, not to accept any offer at any time. If we refuse your order we will let you know as soon as reasonably possible.
Payment
When ordering online we accept all major credit and debit cards that you may have, including VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express. We also accept Apple Pay and PayPal payments.
We will take payment from your card at the time you place your order. Taking payment does not mean we have accepted your order and if for any reason we are unable to accept your order we will provide you with a full refund within 14 days. Orders placed through a customer service representative through email, over £1,000 in value,
must be paid via bank transfer. In general, payments must be made at the time of order and cleared funds are required before items will be dispatched. The manufacture of made to order items will not be started until we have received cleared funds.
In some trade account instances we can accept 50% payment at the time of order and 50% at the time of delivery, for made to order items.
Pricing
Unless otherwise stated all prices shown online are inclusive of VAT and other applicable taxes. The product prices shown do not include the delivery fee, which will be added to your total order price.
Online
Not all promotions that are offered by Huxlo Online will be available via other sources, and vice versa. We reserve the right to adjust prices, products and special offers at our discretion.
Pricing errors
If we discover an error in our pricing we will inform you as soon as possible and you will then be given the option of cancelling or re-confirming your order at the correct price. If for any reason we are unable to contact you using the contact details you have provided we will treat the order as cancelled and notify you by email. Any cancelled orders will be refunded within 14 days of notice of the cancellation.
Delivery
We sub-contract our Delivery Service to trusted transport service providers, however, we’ll always remain responsible for the performance of the Delivery Service.
Our liability
In the event of any unforeseen circumstances (such as lorry breakdown, traffic accident, major traffic delays or severe weather) we will do our best to contact you to rearrange an alternative delivery timeslot or date. We will not be responsible for any losses (including loss of revenue, profits, anticipated savings, goodwill or business opportunity, for any injury to your reputation) incurred due to a delay in delivery arising out of any cause beyond our control.
Delivery restrictions
Most orders placed online will be dispatched using Royal Mail or UPS. You will be emailed a tracking number when the item has been dispatched. Orders over a threshold value are often delivered using a private one man courier, this courier
will drive directly from us to you to reduce the chance of transport damage. This one man delivery service is to curbside only and the driver will require assistance to unload
large items. It is the customers responsibility to provide assistance at the time of delivery and to have the resources to move goods into their building. Please note that any changes you make to your order after your order has been placed might
have an impact on the delivery service we can offer and the price of the delivery.
Changing the date of delivery
If you would like to change your delivery time or date, please contact Huxlo and we will advise if this is possible.
Damaged items
If items within packaging are faulty or damaged, please notify Huxlo who will seek to resolve this. Please keep any damaged products so that we can inspect at a later date. If you dispose of any damaged product before we have had the opportunity to inspect it, then this could affect any claim. We will always attempt to replace any damaged product. However, if we are unable to do so we will refund you with the full amount you have paid for the product(s) together with any relevant delivery charges. Nothing in these terms affect your statutory rights.
Returns and Cancellation
If you are a customer in England, Scotland or Wales you get 14 calendar days to cancel your order because you have changed your mind. This two week cancellation period starts from the day you have received all of the items in your order. Returned goods must be unused and in unopened packaging.
Personalised orders such as items made to order through our product customers or with a designer cannot be refunded unless they are faulty. This policy is in line with the UK government's consumer rights.
Return procedure
If you wish to return an item please notify us by sending an email containing your order
number and reason for return to info@huxlo.co.uk with the subject "Huxlo Returns".
Following your notification email, send the item(s) to:
Huxlo Returns [Your order number here],
Unit 6, Houndbeare Business Park,

Please also include your order number inside the returned package in the event of the exterior getting damaged. On receipt of your return package we will process the claim and issue the appropriate refund. The customer is responsible for returning the item to the above address.
