FAQ's

Can I purchase from you direct? Yes you can, when ordering from us your products will arrive flat-packed on a pallet.
Can you install the products to my space? We do not offer install services, however we work with local dealers who do. Please find your local dealer here.
How can I get a quote? On the product pages there is a 'request a quote' button. Add the products you'd like to your quote basket and send the enquiry. Alternatively you can send floor plans to workplace@huxlo.co.uk.
Do you offer trade discounts? Yes we do. Please see this page.
What type of payments do you accept? Payment by BACS is preferred, it is also possible to pay via credit card or paypal.
What is your lead time? Typically 3-5 weeks. Variables such as the size of the order and the availability of materials will affect this.
What is your return policy? All of our products are made to order and therefore it is not possible to return them unless they are faulty.
