FAQ's

  • Can I purchase from you direct? Yes you can, when ordering from us your products will arrive flat-packed on a pallet.
  • Can you install the products to my space? We do not offer install services, however we work with local dealers who do. Please find your local dealer here.
  • How can I get a quote? On the product pages there is a 'request a quote' button. Add the products you'd like to your quote basket and send the enquiry. Alternatively you can send floor plans to workplace@huxlo.co.uk.
  • Do you offer trade discounts? Yes we do. Please see this page.
  • What type of payments do you accept? Payment by BACS is preferred, it is also possible to pay via credit card or paypal.
  • What is your lead time? Typically 3-5 weeks. Variables such as the size of the order and the availability of materials will affect this.
  • What is your return policy? All of our products are made to order and therefore it is not possible to return them unless they are faulty. 
  • Can I request a material sample? Yes - please see this page.
