Delivery

Our products arrive flat-packed on a pallet. To aid with speedy assembly, 50% of the fixings will already be inserted into the panels. The shipment will come with easy to understand instructions.

The driver will be able to deliver your pallet(s) to a ground floor location using a hand pallet truck, which can move on hard, even ground only. They will not be able to assist in unloading the pallet or carrying goods upstairs.

Delivery guidelines:

• Deliveries are kerbside only and will be made using a pallet truck to lift and move the pallet.
• We have a tail-lift at the back of the truck but it can only be used on level ground, not on slopes.
  
• To ensure safe delivery, we can only unload the pallet on hard, even ground. The pallet truck cannot operate on gravel, stones, grass, kerbs or steps.
• If no one is available to sign for the goods then additional charges may apply.

Palletforce network tail-lift delivery rules:

In line with their health and safety procedures, Palletforce offers a kerbside delivery service only, and they adhere to the following points:

• The delivery driver is required to carry out a dynamic risk assessment for each individual delivery location and will make decisions considering site conditions and safety.
• The driver will be able to manoeuvre the pallet with a pallet truck to the kerbside but is not allowed to take the empty pallet away.
• The driver is not permitted to remove items from the pallet or to carry items up or down steps or through a property.
• You should stay well clear of the driver and the delivery vehicle while the pallet is being unloaded and moved, and should not attempt to assist.

All deliveries are made in accordance with RHA conditions of carriage, cancellation and redelivery charges may apply.

Pallet packing:

The pallets are packed in a particuclar sequence to avoid damage during transit. If you plan to move the pallet elsewhere after it has been delivered by us, we recommend you keep it in its original packaging. 

Standard delivery times:
9am to 5pm Monday-Friday. Pre 10AM delivery available on request.

In the rare circumstance that a part picks up damage, please email us with a picture and the part number. The part number begins with H and is usually engraved on the back of the panel. Please note that we can only be responsible for damage occurring during our delivery process, and not that of 3rd parties.

UK Deliveries

UK deliveries are made by Palletforce. We can deliver on a day of your choice, time specific deliveries can be made by request.

Europe Deliveries

European deliveries are made by Palletforce. The shipment will arrive packaged onto a pallet. For orders made outside of the UK, we will not charge tax on your order. Palletforce will act as the freight forwarder and collect import tax and duty during the import process.

Rest of the World

Deliveries to the rest of the world are made by DSV air. The shipment will arrive packaged onto a pallet. For orders made outside of the UK, we will not charge tax on your order. DSV will act as the freight forwarder and collect import tax and duty during the import process.
